If you already have a web site that has congenital heart disease as it's main focus you are eligible to join this webring. Commercial sites are welcome only if they provide a unique product that would benefit people with congenital heart disease or their loved ones. At this time there are no commercial sites in the CHD webring.

To join the ring fill out the form below. After you have entered all of your site information you will be given your personal navigation code. Place you code on the page you pointed the webring to and Your site will be automatically added to the webring the next time the webring does it's automated update.

You will also need to upload the two beating heart graphics "back.gif" and "next.gif" to your webhost. Do not link directly to the graphics on Adventure Angling or you site will not be admitted.

Note people with websites hosted at "homestead.com" have not been able to put our code on their pages due to some unknown problem. We reccomend that you move your site to a different webhost if you want to join the CHD webring.
